About a month ago we asked you to share a little bit about yourself, your focus in the workplace and how the current economic climate is affecting your talent management initiatives. Our purpose was to find out a bit more about the Taleo Book Club members and share the results with you to give you a better understanding of the "tribe" at TalentGraffiti.com
The response was terrific and the results give us a glimpse into who is connecting here, the common challenges our group is facing, and reveals more about our similarities than differences when it comes to addressing today's talent management challenges.
We encourage all of you to interact MORE with your colleagues here by commenting on the book discussions, posing questions, challenging the ideas in the books and engaging with one another in debate over the ideas presented. Share what's working for you and learn what you can from others who have tried and succeeded. We simply start the discussion - it is up to you continue it.And now the survey results...
